Complaint and Takedown Policy

VarsityNights.AI is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and respectful content environment. This page outlines our official process for submitting complaints or takedown requests regarding content that may violate our Content Policy. If you believe any material on this site is illegal, non-consensual, infringes your rights, or otherwise breaches our standards, you may submit a request for review and removal. All complaints are reviewed within three (3) business days and will be resolved within five (5) business days, with appropriate action—including immediate removal—taken when necessary. This policy also applies to DMCA notices and other legal content concerns.

VarsityNights.AI does not permit public user uploads of content. All content published on the platform is created, reviewed, and managed by VarsityNights.AI.

Our Policies on Content

Non-consentual use of image or likeness:

Any images that include an image or strong likeness to an actual personal and that person has not provided consent for the use of their image/likeness including but not limited to, deepfake content, is not permitted on this site at any time and any content identified as such will be removed immediately upon request and verification.

Use of copywritten content:

Any images that include any copyrighted material without the copyright holder's permission including but not limited to, images, words, designs or repurposing copyrighted material, is not permitted on this site at any time and any content identified as such will be removed immediately upon request and verification.

Illegal or otherwise prohibited content:

Any images, cartoons, simulation or any other media in relation to:

1-Child sexual abuse material
2-Incest
3-Beastiality
4-Rape (or any non-consensual sexual behavior)

is not permitted on this site at any time and any content identified as such will be removed immediatly.

Consent Appeals Process

Any individual who believes they are depicted in content on VarsityNights.AI, or who believes content was created, published, or maintained without valid consent, may submit an appeal through the complaint process.

Upon receiving an appeal, VarsityNights.AI will:

1-Review the claim and any supporting documentation.
2-Conduct a reasonable investigation to determine whether valid consent exists.
3-Temporarily restrict access to the content if necessary during review.
4-Remove the content immediately if valid consent cannot be established.

If valid consent cannot be established, or if the individual demonstrates that consent is void under applicable law, VarsityNights.AI will remove the content immediately. If VarsityNights.AI determines that valid consent exists but the claimant disputes that determination, the dispute may be submitted to an independent neutral decision-maker at VarsityNights.AI’s expense. VarsityNights.AI will comply with the final determination regarding the content.

If you need to report content for removal or submit a complaint regarding material on VarsityNights.AI, please use this form to provide the necessary details. We take content concerns seriously and will review all submissions promptly. Follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

  1. Provide Your Contact Information

    • Enter your First Name and Last Name (required).
    • Supply a valid email address so we can reach out regarding the status of your request.
    • If applicable, enter your Company Name (optional).

  2. Specify the Content in Question

    • Content Link: Paste the URL of the content you are reporting. This helps us locate and review the material quickly.
    • Description of Content: Provide a brief yet detailed explanation of the content, including why it is being reported. This field is required for clarity.

  3. State the Reason for Your Complaint

    • Clearly explain why the content should be removed, whether it violates our policies, contains inaccurate information, infringes on intellectual property, is a consent appeal or poses other concerns.

  4. Enter the Date of Submission

    • Use the date picker to select today’s date. This ensures we log and track the request accordingly.

  5. Upload Supporting Documents (Optional)

    • If applicable, upload screenshots, legal documents, or other supporting files to strengthen your request.
    • Accepted formats include webp, png, gif, jpg, jpeg, heic, pdf, doc, docx, with a maximum size of 20MB per file (up to 5 files).
Processing Time & Follow-Up
  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review the complaint within three (3) business days.
  • All reported complaints will be resolved within five (5) business days.
  • If the reported content violates our policies or legal standards, it will be removed immediately.
  • You may receive follow-up communication if additional details are required.
