We rebuilt the front door.
Varsity Nights was never meant to feel like a gallery — a wall of images you scroll past and forget. It’s a show. A serialized, character-driven, slow-burn show set at Sierra Coast University, and the place you watch it should feel like that the second you log in.
So we redesigned the member home page from the ground up. Here’s a look at what members walk into now.
A real home screen
The new member home opens on the team — full-width, cinematic, the kind of frame that tells you exactly what kind of world you’re entering. Below it, everything you need is one glance away: the latest episode front and center, what’s next, what came before, and fast links into the parts of the series you actually use.
No hunting. No clutter. You land, and you’re already where you want to be.
Your tier, your room
Varsity Access and Captain’s Circle don’t just unlock different content — they open into different rooms.
Varsity Access members get the full series and the Vault, laid out clean: latest episode, episode guide, the Feed, the whole season at your fingertips.
Captain’s Circle members walk into something else entirely. Early access to every drop. Bonus content per episode. Extended scenes. Private profiles. The Captain’s Circle home page is built gold-on-navy and it’s exactly what it sounds like — the room behind the room.

The episode guide
The full Season 1 guide is now a single clean grid. Prologue through the latest live episode, each with its own frame and logline, each one a click from the door. New members can see the whole arc at a glance and start at the beginning. Returning members can jump straight back in.
You can see where the season’s been. You can see where it’s going.

More than episodes
The member home isn’t just a list of episodes — it’s the whole world, organized. Up top, Moments: short side-stories that live between the numbered episodes, like Eli’s Photoshoot and Three Minutes, the small scenes that fill in the spaces the season doesn’t slow down for. Below that, the Latest Episodes rail and the latest Varsity Nights posts sit side by side, so members can pick up the story or catch up on everything happening around it — Pride Month, behind-the-scenes, the world beyond the pool deck. And down the right, The Main Players: the full cast, each with their role. The Freshman. The Roommate. The Transfer. The Captain. The Rival. The Watcher. You don’t just read about them — you get to know them, episode by episode. This is what living inside the show looks like.
Meet the team — up close
For Captain’s Circle, the Private Profiles are live. Every main player — the Freshman, the Roommate, the Wildcard, the Captain, and more — has a full profile reserved for the Circle. You’re not just watching anymore. You’re in the room.
This is the show now
The gallery model is gone. What’s behind the login now is a platform — structured, serialized, built to be lived in week after week.
Episode 6 “Fracture” is live for Captain’s Circle, with the general release landing this week. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to step inside, this is it.
