At some point in this series, Eli Becker is going to make a choice. Not yet, and not soon, but it’s coming. These two are the obvious candidates. They may not be the only ones.

I know why it has to be this way but i still don’t like the “not soon” part. Eli could have both now if he wants. Choosing implies exclusivity and Ethan said he doesn’t want anything serious (and neither do I for Ethan).

Why cant he have more than one partner? How about a long term menage a trois? Is that difficult to pull off in AI?

He does have more than one right now. The post is about a choice that comes later. BB asked nearly the same thing just above, so you two might compare notes.
On the ménage, same answer as August. Group scenes are still hard on the image side, and this show mostly lives in what happens between two specific people, but stay tuned for Episode 2. You may be surprised.

sorry, no. i agree with CH. and for me its not close. JVO has way better personality. CVO too closed, cold and something else I can’t find a word for at the moment but that is unattractive to me.

Fair enough. That’s two votes for Joshua and none for Cole, which might be the most Cole outcome possible.
For the record, the Cole in 205 in Episode 2 isn’t quite the one you’re describing. He just doesn’t let many people see that version.
